Annual Research Day

Research Day celebrates research in aging at the University of Pittsburgh, UPMC, and Carnegie Mellon University. It provides an opportunity to socialize, network, and view posters showcasing research on aging.

The Research Day is celebrated by a competitive poster session, where more than 75 posters are displayed. A panel of judges represented by esteemed faculty from the University of Pittsburgh judge the posters and cash awards are granted in four distinct categories: undergraduate students (under direction of mentor), graduate students, post doctoral trainees, and junior faculty.

Research Day is sponsored by the Aging Institute of UPMC Senior Services and the University of Pittsburgh. The list of co-sponsors continues to grow each year. Sponsors are recognized in the Research Day book for each year.
